Whistler 1999 Speed Ski Race

Cost to Race

Unlimited class $80 + GST Canadian
Standard class $70 + GST Canadian
Novice class is $60 + GST Canadian

To register call (604) 932-3434 which is Whistler/Blackcomb guest relations, or register during the sign-in at The Garibaldi Lift Co. Bar & Grill on May 21st between 6 and 8 PM.

We will load up the Whistler Village Gondola between 8 and 8:30 AM on May 22nd, inspect the course between 9:30 and 10 AM and have the first run at 10:30 AM. We plan to go till 1:30 PM and have festivities at the Roundhouse Lodge in the alpine from 2 till 4 PM.

The plan will stay the same for all three days, but on the final day we will have the awards on the sound stage in the alpine in front of the Roundhouse Lodge. The track is very accessible and is serviced by a high-speed quad chair. It is in the alpine so it is very safe. If the conditions will be ideal we can do 200 kph.

We will have prize money for the unlimited and standard classes. Lift tickets will cost $29.00 + GST Canadian.
